EY Wi-Fi Network Update

The EYexternal Wi-Fi network is retiring and is now disabled.

Use EYStaff on your personal devices.
USe EYStaff (automatic connection) on your EY iPhone.
Use EY Office Wi-Fi - Preferred (automatic connection) on your EY notebook.

Visit https://wifi.ey.net/ on your EY computer to obtain the credentials for EYStaff for your personal device.

For further information, launch "Tech Help" from the Start Menu and search for "EYStaff account", use the chat support, or visit OSTS for assistance.

It is recommended to make your device forget the EYexternal network to avoid connection issues.

How to forget the EYexternal Wi-Fi network

💻 Windows

Open Settings.
Select Network & Internet.
Choose Wi-Fi.
Select Manage known networks.
Click EYexternal.
Select Forget.

📱 iPhone / iPad

Open Settings.
Select Wi‑Fi.
Tap the ⓘ next to EYexternal.
Select Forget This Network.
Confirm when prompted.

🤖 Android

Open Settings.
Select Network & Internet or Connections.
Open Wi‑Fi.
Select Saved Networks (if shown).
Choose EYexternal.
Tap Forget.
